When I decided to begin my baking career, there were many options available as to how to I could present both my product and myself to you. Flashy description, over-promise, under-deliver, the list goes on. The route I ultimately decided on: honesty.

My nana baked everything from scratch, and her treats always brought a smile to everyone's faces. My nana's specialty: coffee cake. Her coffee cake recipe is an original; it is her own and truly one of a kind. Once I grew up, I wanted others to have the experience of enjoying her very delicious coffee cake. I began baking in my spare time for friends, co-workers, and neighbors. Everyone I baked a cake for came back to me with the same sentiment: it was different from any other coffee cake they had tasted. They told me that it was unique and one they wished was available for purchase.

Whether served as is at room temperature or slightly heated with a bit of melted butter, this coffee cake is different from the rest. Baking has always been my passion, my love, and I look forward to having the opportunity to bake for you.
