Class Schedule

Yoga Level 1
Yoga Level 1 is an introductory yoga class with a yoga alliance certified instructor. Class will consist of different levels of breath work, basic poses, and stretches.
Yoga level 1 is a vinyassa based class with special attention to proper alignment and breathing. Suitable for all levels!

Spinning
Join our certified spin instructors for an hour long spinning class suitable for all levels.

Early Bird Special
The Early Bird Special is a low impact exercise class that is appropriate for beginners and/or seniors. This class includes multiple stretches for every muscle group, mild to moderate exercises for upper and lower muscle groups and ends with a quick abdominal routine.

Pilates
Learn the fundamental movements of Pilates while also challenging the mind and body. This Pilates class will progress with each class adding more challenging movements however keeping the integrity of all exercises, just the way Joseph Pilates would had wanted it!

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow yoga has a gentle start towards an increasingly vigorous practice of slow controlled movement. Following in the ancient tradition of the sun salutation, this class focuses on smoothly flowing from one yoga pose to the next with concentration and breath control.

Yoga Technique
Yoga technique focuses on anatomical alignment, positioning and extended stays in challenging yoga postures. Yoga technique is a great class to go in-depth into a select few yoga poses and to address specific injuries or problem areas.

ZUMBA
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Our ZUMBA class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! Speed & Agility
For ages 6-17.
Speed and Agility Training is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision. It is important to remember that the improvement of running speed is a complex process, which is controlled by the brain and nervous system. In order for an athlete to move more quickly, the leg muscles have to contract more quickly, but the brain and nervous system also have to learn to control these faster movements efficiently. If you maintain some form of speed training throughout the year, your muscle and nervous system will not lose the feel of moving fast and the brain will not have to re-learn those proper control patterns. The following are areas of focus and where you will see a difference:
